Norma (Wiley) Colechia, a retired secretary and supervisor in retail sales, died on June 21, 2023. She was the wife of the late Edward A. Colechia for 53 years. Born in New Bedford, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Charles I. and Marjorie E. (Wheeler) Wiley.
