It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Otis Paul Scarborough, a cherished father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, who departed this life on April 13, 2026, at the age of 102. Born on March 14, 1924, in Georgia, Otis was a man of humble beginnings, who spent his life exemplifying resilience, dedication, and love for his Lord and Savior, family and community.
