Pamela Edna Smolins, 87, of Ocean Pines, Maryland, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025. Born in Washington, D.C., Pamela lived a full and loving life centered around her family and the many friends she cherished. She is survived by her husband, Stuart Smolins, and her children:Andrew Raab and wife Alexia, Scott Raab and wife Karen, and Leslie Brown. She is also survived by her two sisters, Penelope Kidwell and Portia Lyall and her husband, Doug. Pamela was the proud grandmother of: Olivia Raab, Adeline Raab, Asher Raab, Raine Raab, Madison Stockton, Molly Raab, Rylie Raab, Chrystal Brown, and David Brown.
