Phyllis B. Webster, 86, of Salisbury passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023. She was born March 5th, 1937 to her parents Edgar and Frances Bounds. Phyllis graduated from Mardela High School, and went on to work with Tri-State Insulation, Cape Insulation, Wicomico County Board of Education, and Salisbury University.
