Rae Dawn Penn, 68, of Princess Anne, Maryland, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025. Born on September 5, 1957, in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, Rae lived a life marked by strength, compassion, and unwavering love for her family. Rae spent her early years in Pennsylvania and especially cherished the summers she spent with her grandmother in Grampian, PA - a time and place that remained close to her heart throughout her life.
