Phillip Harrison, ne'e Ralphiel Phillipps Harrison, was born June 3, 1956, in Washington DC and died August 13, 2025, in Berlin, MD. Phil, as he was known to many, spent most of his life in Fairfax County, VA where his parents and 4 siblings lived. He attended local public schools and graduated from Fairfax High School in 1974. From childhood onward, he loved cooking, growing vegetables, the outdoors, archery, scouting (BSA), bicycling, boating and fishing. As an adult, scouting and bicycling gave way to his passion for cars, trucks and watching football. It cannot be overstated Phil's lifelong love of food and beverage, particularly when enjoyed with friends and family.
