Robert Leroy Snyder (Bob) of Withams, Virginia, 82, passed away peacefully, on Monday, October 13, 2025, after a long illness. Born on March 29, 1943, in Milton, PA, he was a son of the late William and Emily Hulsizer Snyder. Bob graduated from high school in 1961 and was a dairy farmer by trade, which brought him and his family to the Eastern Shore, where he worked for the Wilkerson family for many years at their dairy farm. He later went to work at the plywood plant in Pocomoke, where he was a heavy equipment operator and maintenance man, and worked as a maintenance man at the Tyson grain facility in Snow Hill, Maryland, where he retired in 2005.
