Ronnie Ray Siers, Sr. passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 84. Born in Louisville, Kentucky on January 5, 1941, Ronnie was the son of the late Gilbert Siers and Margaret Siers/Lawrence. Ronnie's educational journey was punctuated with recognition and accolades; he was a proud 1959 graduate of duPont Manual High School, where he shone as an All-State Basketball Player for two consecutive years (1958 and 1959), inducted into the duPont Manual High School Hall of Fame in 2002, received an athletic scholarship to Memphis State University, and later, purposively graduated Cum Laude from Salisbury University in 2014.
