Sandra Lee Shrieves, 85, of Virginia Beach, while surrounded by family, went to her eternal home to rejoin the "love of her life" and family and friends who had gone before. Born in Salisbury, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Troy Taylor Vickers, Jr. and Anne Phoebus Vickers.
