Frances Victoria "Vicki" Cumberland, 77, passed away at home on February 1, 2026. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she lived most of her life on the Eastern Shore. Vicki lived a life filled with kindness, laughter, and unwavering love for those around her. She was a faithful mother, grandmother, and friend. Vicki's spirit was rooted in love, devotion and compassion.
