William (Bill) Greig Foster of Berlin, MD, (born in Huntingdon PA) entered heaven on November 24, 2025. He was predeceased by his father, James H. Foster, and his mother, Ruth Harbaugh, of Pennsylvania. He is survived by his devoted wife, Cathy Foster, and his loving daughter, Brooke Bauer, of Hampstead, MD, and her husband, Roger, and his loving son, James T. Foster, of Salisbury MD.
