Mr. William (Billy) Henry Handy was the sixth of six sons born on June 20, 1942 to the late Mr. Harry O. Handy, Sr. and Mrs. Essie Parker Handy of Salisbury, Maryland. In September 2000 Mr. Handy was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and continued in his faith until his death on August 20, 2024.
