LiquidPiston to Exhibit at 2026 Turbine Engine Technology Symposium (TETS)

  • Co-founder Nick Shkolnik and VP of Engineering Vincenzo Perrone will be available at Booth #410 to discuss LiquidPiston’s defense-focused hybrid power platforms.
  • LiquidPiston will highlight its compact heavy- and multifuel-capable rotary X-Engines.

BLOOMFIELD, Conn., Aug. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LiquidPiston, Inc., a leading innovator in compact, efficient, heavy-fueled rotary combustion engine technologies and hybrid power systems, today announced it will be exhibiting at the 2026 Turbine Engine Technology Symposium (TETS), a premier venue for propulsion experts and defense industry leaders to discuss the future of turbine and advanced engine technologies.

This year's TETS, taking place in Dayton, Ohio from August 31 to September 3, 2026, will focus on defense and military needs, including operational relevance, integration of technology and innovation, acquisition speed and agility, and cost efficiency.

LiquidPiston Co-founder Nick Shkolnik and Vice President of Engineering Vincenzo Perrone will be available to meet with industry participants and prospective partners at Booth #410.

The LiquidPiston engine and hybrid-electric platforms can serve as the “power pack” for a variety of applications across Department of War agencies, including UAS propulsive and non-propulsive power, portable electric power generators, and vehicle auxiliary power units (APUs).

“We look forward to engaging with the propulsion and defense communities at TETS, a natural next step as we mature our power platforms for the Department of War needs,” said Perrone. “We are eager to showcase how our rotary engine architecture meets the demand for efficient, multi-fuel-capable power in a compact package, serving the next generation of military requirements.”

Members of the press, defense end-users, and prospective integration partners are invited to schedule meetings with Perrone and Shkolnik, either in advance via email (info@liquidpiston.com) or by visiting Booth #410 during the event.
