Promo Box LLC, a locally owned branding and visual marketing company based in Everett, Washington, served as General Partner and Main Sponsor, the conference's top sponsorship tier, of the Work Time Alliance WTS Connection conference held in Seattle. As part of the partnership, Promo Box LLC produced and installed the event's banners, signage, displays, and printed materials for a large gathering of contractors, builders, and service professionals from across the region.
The Work Time Alliance conference brought together professionals in construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other trades for workshops, networking, and business development discussions. The conference attracted the same types of contractors and service businesses that make up Promo Box LLC's core customer base.
“At that conference, every banner, stand, and table display came out of our shop,” says Andrey Tsarenko, Founder and CEO of Promo Box LLC. “You walk into a space like that and realize the entire visual environment was built by your team. That’s a different level of responsibility.”
As General Partner, Promo Box LLC managed the production of the event's major branded materials, including large-format banners for entry points, presentation areas, and networking spaces, along with custom-built booths, signage, table displays, and printed marketing materials used throughout the venue.
“If something is off, people feel it before they can explain it,” Tsarenko explains. “That's why we make sure the sizing, the finish, and the branding all work together.”
Promo Box LLC also produced smaller branded materials, including custom stickers and graphics distributed to attendees. Many attendees later use the stickers on toolboxes, equipment and work vehicles, keeping the event visible long after it ends.
In addition to production responsibilities, the company maintained its own booth at the conference, showcasing samples of vehicle graphics, apparel, signage, and promotional products. Attendees stopped by to talk with the Promo Box team, asking about materials, turnaround times, and pricing for their own businesses.
“The conversation at the booth is the same one we have in our shop,” Tsarenko says. “Contractors want to know what works, what it costs, and how to do it right for their company and industry.”
For the Work Time Alliance conference, all design, printing, and fabrication work was completed in-house at Promo Box LLC’s Everett facility. This approach allows the company to maintain control over quality, consistency, and delivery schedules without relying on external subcontractors.
Founded in 2008, Promo Box LLC has grown into one of Western Washington's go-to branding partners for service businesses. The Work Time Alliance partnership shows what the company can deliver at scale. Promo Box LLC is now pursuing similar production roles at other trade and industry events across the region.
