Crystal Steel in Federalsburg will supply steel components for the foundations of the wind turbines near the Maryland and Delaware state line. Before workers get started, they have to be certified. This will happen at the Arcon Training Center in Salisbury, which lead trainer Kevin Mathews says will bring economic benefits to the county.
