Leaders in the Big Ten opened their annual spring meeting with nothing more than the future of their business on the agenda. And the conference that currently holds the national football and both basketball titles looks to be winning in other areas, too. Their idea for a 24-team College Football Playoff, once considered outlandish, now has the support of three of the Power 4 conferences. That's only one piece of a bigger puzzle in college sports, which also needs to find fixes for eligibility rules and its new enforcement arm, the College Sports Commission.
