The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is considering a major addition to Delaware's rail infrastructure, targeting the Delmarva Peninsula for a proposed passenger rail expansion. "The Diamond State Line" is part of the FY22 Corridor Identification and Development Program Selections.
