Officials say the body of a 12-year-old boy has been found after he was swept away by rushing water in Virginia's Albemarle County. Heavy rains have caused flooding in several states. In Maryland’s Allegany County, officials say about 200 people were evacuated from an elementary school on Tuesday, and 12 students stayed overnight at an area high school before being picked up. County officials say there are no reports of injuries or missing people, and they are urging residents to stay home. In West Virginia, Gov. Patrick Morrisey declared a state of emergency in Mineral County, near Maryland, because of heavy rains and flash flooding.
