The Salisbury City Council decided Monday afternoon to proceed with changes to the fortune telling business in Salisbury. The new proposed changes include reduced license and fine prices and a shortened process of obtaining a license. Kacey Martin wants to open her own fortune telling businesses, but has been waiting on the city.

The fee for fortune telling is $1,000 to operate with a permit in Salisbury and Wicomico County. Operating without a permit comes with up to $2500 fine.
