The transmitter that broadcasts both WBOC and FOX21 has suffered a catastrophic failure. As a result, both stations are being broadcast on a back-up transmitter that is not as powerful and that will not send the signals as far. This will result in the loss of WBOC and FOX 21 to a number of households on Delmarva.
