Governor Carney signed the latest change to the state's COVID-19 restrictions, and gyms are seeing one of the most notable changes: More people can attend group exercise classes at once. The limit on those classes has gone up from 10 people to 15. Gym owners at small places like this say the increase may look good on paper, but it does not change much in reality.

In another revision to Delaware Governor John Carney's state of emergency order, starting on February 12th at 8am restaurants, retail locations, houses of worship, gyms, art venues, and other business locations can operate at 50% capacity. For restaurants like The Palace in Milford, this is great news after months of being limited at 30% capacity.
