The Delmar police officer has been pronounced clinically deceased. At a Wednesday evening press conference held at the Delmar Police Department, Delmar Police Chief Ivan Barkley announced that Cpl. Keith Heacook is still on life support, but will be taken off soon. But even in his passing, Barkley said Heacook is helping others.
