Last night's winter weather came as a surprise for many on Delmarva. Wet roads combined with freezing temperatures to create slick conditions for drivers this morning. The salt, and tow trucks, were out in force. If you were surprised to see a dusting of snow on your windshield this morning, you weren't alone.
