Two new cases of influenza have been confirmed in Delaware, bringing the total case count to seven for the 2022-2023 flu season.

The Delaware Division of Public Health on Wednesday announced the state's first laboratory-confirmed case of influenza for the 2022-2023 flu season. The first case involves a 32-year-old Kent County woman, with influenza strain A, who was vaccinated.
