The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has denied a request by the Delaware State Sportsmen’s Association and other plaintiffs that could have placed a temporary pause on Delaware’s new Permit to Purchase law.

Maryland Governor Wes Moore has announced an agreement between the state and Constellation Energy, operators of the  Conowingo Dam, to implement operational and environmental improvements at the dam to promote the health of the Chesapeake Bay.
