Football is just around the corner! Nothing is better than football and mac and cheese.

We have Chef and Owner of Bourbon Street on the Beach in Ocean City, Barry Reichart in the DelmarvaLife kitchen today making crab and crawfish mac and cheese and a shrimp remoulade.

Crabby Mac Recipe

Cheese Sauce:

  • 1 lb. elbow mac, cooked
  • 1 qt. heavy cream
  • 1 lb. white american cheese
  • 4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine mac noodles.

Add:

  • 1 oz. old bay
  • 4 oz. cooking Sherry
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb. crawfish tail meat
  • 1 lb. claw crab meat
  • 1 lb. jumbo lump crab

Top with:

  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
