Shirley Stamper, foster mom of 9, started cooking with her grandmother when she was 7 years old. However, it was Shirley’s foster mom, Pat, that taught her a lot of what she knows about cooking today. Shirley became a chef and she became a foster mom herself. Shirley welcomed 9 foster teenage girls into her home and they all spend a lot of time in the kitchen, cooking and making memories.

Shirley’s Organic Chicken Bake:
- chicken breasts, chicken rub
- 1 bag spinach
- feta cheese
- 1/2 C. pine nuts
- olive oil
- 1/2 red pepper, finely diced
Orange Dressing:
- 1 T. parsley
- 1/4 C. olive oil
- 1/4 C. orange juice
- cayenne
- 1/2 T. orange peel
- salt
- 2 T. white wine vinegar
