Quinoa, Bean & Beet Burgers:
- 3/4 C. cooked quinoa
- 3/4 C. red onion
- 1 C. shiitake mushrooms
- 15 oz. can of black beans
- 1 C. raw beets
- 1 T. orange zest
- 1 t. Cumin
- 1/2 t. chili powder
- 1/4 t. smoked paprika
- 1/2 C. raw walnuts
- salt & pepper to taste
