There’s a picture circulating around Facebook that I think we all recognize. A stray dog brought into the Wicomico Humane Society, nothing but skin and bones. In such bad shape that you could probably count the number of ribs poking through. The team at the Humane Society recently rescued Stallone, who was found locked inside a hot shed with no food or water. We talk with Executive Director of the Humane Society, Kim Nock, about Stallone’s health and what we can do to help.
