We’re preparing pasta in the DelmarvaLife Kitchen, and it’s not the type of pasta that comes out of the box! From the flour, to the finished product, we’re making it by hand. Chef Vernon Smith, from the Lookout Lounge, in Ocean City, stops by to show us how it’s done. He’ll then use the pasta to prepare Charred Scallion Tortelloni.
