Subaru Loves to Care Initiative

Spreading love and warmth can make all the difference to people going through difficult times.

That’s exactly what two organizations teamed up to do for people fighting cancer on Delmarva. Gateway Subaru and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Cancer Society are delivering comfort blankets to cancer patients.

They recently delivered blankets to Peninsula Regional Medical Center, just one of 700 institutions they’ve aided with 100,000 blankets nationwide. It’s part of the “Subaru Loves to Care” initiative, which furthers Subaru’s “Spread the Love Promise.”

Along with the blankets, Subaru also brings notes from Subaru customers sending words of comfort to patients they’ve never met.
