Friday, November 13, marks “World Pancreatic Cancer Day.” Elvis Tribute Artist, Bob Lougheed, shared his story of surviving pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest forms of the disease. According to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, only 7% of people who are diagnosed with the disease, will survive more than five years.
Bob told us he is now a seven year survivor. In fact, the self-proclaimed “lucky” man says, his doctor recently called to tell him “he’s cured.”
