With St. Patrick’s Day just around the corner, shamrock shakes have come back for their seasonal appearance.
But, with all the calories found in just one shake, you may be wishing there was a way to make a healthier version. Well, Michael Dondarski of Dover is with us in the DelmarvaLife kitchen to help us do just that!
Healthier Shamrock Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 over ripe bananas (cut and frozen)
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 package mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups of spinach (approximately 2 handfuls)
- 2 packets Stevia sweetner
- 1/4 tsp. mint extract
- Dark chocolate chips (optional)
