The weather was beautiful for Jerry Ketterman’s Super Bad 8 Spring Nationals. Over 80 sponsors joined in on the fast action at US 13 Dragway. The Super Bad 8 brought in the fastest estimated time from driver Doug Farace with a 5.89 at 180.83 mph in the door car class and Wayne Patton running a 5.65 at 185.45 in the open wheel class. The Top Eliminator class elected to run to the 1000 ft instead of the regular 1/4 mile runs.

Kevin banks also took the overall Super Bad 8 Winner title when WR Ketterman and Banks battled it out. Banks had a better start off the line running a 6.96 on a 6.93 dial to win the Jerry Ketterman’s Super Bad 8 Spring Nationals.
Top Eliminator: Jamie Russell made a single pass running a 6.088 at 168.79mph for the win against John Jelich who broke in the staging lanes
