According to the American Osteopathic Association, there are many physical benefits to yoga:
Increased flexibility
Increased muscle strength and tone
Improved respiration, energy and vitality
Maintaining a balanced metabolism
Weight reduction
Cardio and circulatory health
Improved athletic performance
Protection from injury
There are also mental benefits from yoga, such as managing stress.

Sean and Kelcie perform acroyoga – or yoga with more than one person. Acroyoga involves a base and a flyer and takes a lot of balance and concentration.
