BLT Mason Jar Salad
- Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 2 Turkey Bacon Slices fully cooked and diced
- 1 Hard Boiled Egg diced
- Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
Grilled Chicken Avocado Mason Jar Salad
- Romaine Lettuce Chopped
- 1 Chicken breast fully cooked and diced
- ½ Avocado peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
Quinoa Apple Raisin Mason Jar Salad
- Romaine Lettuce Chopped
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 apple diced
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions:
Super simple…once the cooked portion of your salad is fully cooked and cooled, assemble the salads like this:
- Dressing
- fruit (including tomatoes)
- protein source
- lettuce
- crispy/crunchy item
Overnight Oatmeal
- Oatmeal Base
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- almond milk to desired amount
- ½ cup greek yogurt
Blueberry Almond
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp blueberry jam
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
- lemon zest to liking
Strawberry Pecan
- 4-5 strawberries diced
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp pecans
Banana Walnut
- ½ banana sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp walnuts
Instructions:
For all overnight oatmeal layer the ingredients into a mason jar as described below:
- Oats
- chia seeds
- milk..shake it down so you don’t over fill. Just pour enough to peek above the oats
- yogurt
- sweetener
- fruit
- crunchy toppings
