We’re making brunch in the DelmarvaLife Kitchen.

Chef David Filipic Sr. with Beach Road Round-Up in Chincotague, Va. shows us how to make French toast and a cheese steak egg roll-up.

Beach Road Round-Up is open Tuesday-Saturday, 7 am-3 pm, and Sunday from 7 am-1 pm. Their menu consists of many delicious breakfast sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas and flatbread pizzas.

French Toast

  • 8 eggs
  • Tbsp of sugar
  • 1 cup of french vanilla
  • cinnamon to taste

Cheese Steak Egg Roll-Up

  • 3 oz cheese steak meat
  • choice of cheese
  • 1 1/2 oz cup fried onions
  • 1 1/2 oz fried green peppers
  • 3 eggs
  • spicy sauce
