Crab Cake Grilled Cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Tablespoon Old Bay
- 1/4 Cup Panko Crumbs
- 1# Crab Meat (we use Jumbo, Lump, and Claw)
- 8 slices white bread
- Butter for grilling
- 8 slices smoked gouda
