Today on DelmarvaLife:
In today’s “What’s Appening” segment, we’re talking about an online marketplace called Etsy. We’re dissecting the app so you can make the decision on whether or not it’s a good fit for you. Our “What’s Appening” Expert and WBOC’s Director of Digital Media, Ethan Holland, and WBOC’s Interactive Marketing Coordinator, Lauren Hitch, join us on the couches to tell us more. Lauren is planning a wedding and shows off how Etsy has helped fulfill her rustic wedding dream.
Ethan showed us an app called Waze last year. Waze is a community-based traffic and navigation app which gives you real-time traffic and road information, such as an accident or construction. The Delaware Department of Transportation is getting on board with the app as well. DelDOT’s Director of Technology and Innovation, LiWen Lin, joins us in Historic Studio D, along with Ethan, to talk about DelDot’s partnership with Waze.
Lt. Tim Robinson with the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office has a new list of most wanted for us. See today’s Most Wanted Monday here.
