DelDOT says a portion of N. Old State Road will close next week for the installation of drainage pipes.

DelDOT provided state leaders with an update on several major road construction projects across the state this week, outlining progress in Kent and Sussex counties as well as plans to address congestion near Georgetown.

DelDOT says railroad crossing work on Market Street will require daily intermittent lane closures from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. next week. 

DelDOT announced the closure of Camp Barnes Road for the installation of storm drains and reconstruction of the roadway.

Sussex County officials and the Delaware Department of Transportation are collaborating on studies aimed at improving traffic flow along two of the region’s busiest corridors, Routes 9 and 113.

Intermittent lane closures to allow for milling and paving on that section of Robinsonville Road will begin Monday, March 23 and last through Friday, March 28, weather permitting.
