MILFORD, Del. – DelDOT says the road is reopen after a crash that downed power lines and caused road closures during the morning rush.

The crash reportedly happened north of the Route 113-Route 1 interchange around 7 a.m.

DelDOT says it closed both directions of Route 1 in the area of the crash.

Crash closure impacts Milford morning traffic

DelDOT cameras showed traffic backups north of the Route 113-Route 1 interchange in Milford around 8:30 a.m. 

In an update just before 3 p.m., DelDOT says Route 1 North and South are both reopen.
