Jimmy and Lisa sat down with father and son, Coley Harris and Ahmarr Melton who came to tell us about

the Out of the Ashes

play. The play helps highlight some of the struggles that families sometimes undergo, as well as how they can work towards resolution. The play was inspired by Coley and Ahmarr’s own personal relationship, the obstacles they were met with and how they were able to rise above them all.

From solving family problems to adding a family member, Jimmy sat down with Attorney Dean Betts, from the

Tunnell and Raysor Law Firm

in Sussex County. He and Jimmy talked through all the tough questions surrounding adoption, as well as discussed a few questions most may not consider when it comes to adoption.

Jimmy and Lisa then sat down with Mrs. Delaware America 2016, Tetra Shockley, as well as Mrs. Delaware America 2015, Alina Pfeifer. Mrs. Pfeifer (an official panel judge at this year’s pageant) and Mrs. Shockley told us how the

Jimmy sat down with

Chesapeake Plumbing and Heating

owner and plumber, Travis Martin to discuss water, but not the pretty kind we see offshore. They talked about the water sometimes creeps its way into your home, and in some cases causing quite the mess. Travis answered viewer questions and gave us some tips on all things plumbing , plus how to spot and prevent potential problems in your own homes.

Lisa sat down with 3rd Wave Brewing Company Co-Owner, Lori Clough and 5k Race Representative, Kate Garland who told us about the upcoming, third annual, ‘3rd Wave Brewing Company 5k‘ happening this weekend in Delmar, Delaware. Not only will all the proceeds from the race go directly to Coastal Hospice, but runners and guests will also get to enjoy some incredible food and drinks made at the 3rd Wave Brewery Company.

10 diver scallops

1/3 cup of fresh white corn

¼ tomato basil relish

1 tbsp mango coulis

1 cup of avocado crema

Baby micro greens, diners preference on amount

Pan sear scallops until browned on each side, and cooked through

Drizzle avocado crema, mango coulis on plate

Place spoonful of corn and tomato relish in the center of plate

Transfer scallops to plate and top with micro greens
