Bernadette Cannady
An Eastern Shore native from San Domingo, Cannady is a 1974 graduate of Mardela High School, and a 1979 graduate of Morgan State University. She retired from the Wicomico Public Library after 38 years and has worked in the community building relationships and serving vulnerable populations since 1987.
