Dr. Nikki Miller is a Republican candidate for Delaware’s State House District 20. A lifelong resident of Sussex County, Miller has an extensive background in education, serving as the former principal of Cape Henlopen High School. She holds a Doctorate in Education with a focus on district leadership from Wilmington University.
