Lisa Blunt Rochester

Lisa Blunt Rochester has served as the U.S. Representative for Delaware's at-large congressional district since 2017. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Blunt Rochester holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a master’s degree in Urban Affairs and Public Policy from the University of Delaware. She began her public service career as an intern and later as a caseworker for Congressman Tom Carper.

Blunt Rochester has been an advocate for issues such as healthcare, economic development, and environmental protection and has served as a prominent figure on the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
