Trinidad Navarro has been serving as Delaware’s Insurance Commissioner since his election in 2016 and was re-elected in 2020. A lifelong Delawarean, Navarro has a long history of public service, including 20 years with the New Castle County Police, where he earned the department's Medal of Valor, and serving as the New Castle County Sheriff before becoming Insurance Commissioner.
