The University of Maryland Eastern Shore and The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce presents it’s annual “A Salute to Veterans Gala” on November 8th from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at the UMES Richard A. Henson Center. We learn more about the event and how to make one of the appetizers, “A Tropical Delight” salad.
