* Until 230 AM EDT.

* At 146 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from University Of Maryland Eastern Shore to Westover to
near Marion Station, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

* Severe thunderstorms will be near...
Pocomoke City, Princess Anne, University Of Maryland Eastern
Shore, and West Pocomoke around 150 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include
Horntown, Boxiron, Trinity, Cokesbury, Goodwill, Greenbackville,
Eden, Rehobeth, Kingston, and Allen.

Point, moving east at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

* Locations impacted include...
Tangier Sound, Smith Island, Crisfield, Fishing Bay, Bivalve,

Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA, Chester
River to Queenstown MD, Eastern Bay, Choptank River to
Cambridge MD and the Little Choptank River, and Tangier Sound
and the inland waters surrounding Bloodsworth Island.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 6 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOMERSET AND SOUTHWESTERN
WICOMICO COUNTIES THROUGH 215 AM EDT...

At 125 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 9 miles northwest of
Princess Anne to near Marion Station. Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and frequent
lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding
possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
Princess Anne, Westover, and Marion Station around 130 AM EDT.
University Of Maryland Eastern Shore around 135 AM EDT.
Fruitland and West Pocomoke around 145 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Wetipquin, Trinity,
Eden, Kingston, Saxis, Shelltown, Mount Vernon, Green Hill,
Catchpenny, and Oriole.
