DORCHESTER COUNTY- Aerial mosquito spraying is planned for several Dorchester County communities next week.

The Maryland Department of Agriculture says a white plane will fly 300 to 500 feet above the ground starting in the evening hours of Monday, June 3rd, weather permitting. 

They plan to spray Cook Point, Cornersville, Hills Point Neck, Hudson, Lloyds, Neck District, Ragged Point, and Taylors Island.

A little more than 18,630 acres will be treated for adult mosquitoes.
