DOVER, DE– Dover Police are investigating a shooting on East Water Street which left a man in critical condition Tuesday night.

Officers responded to the 400 block of East Water Street around 7:04 p.m. on Nov. 26 for reports of shots fired. Police found a 34-year-old victim suffering several gunshot wounds to his lower body.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he underwent surgery and is listed in stable, but critical condition, according to a press release.

Investigators say they found numerous spent shell casings at the scene.

A cash reward is possible for information leading to an arrest, according to police.
